Poslali su ga dragi ljudi poznati pod nazivom Neretvansko zlato i \u010diji link Vam ostavljam u opisu slike. Prije mjesec ili dva sam u obli\u017enjoj pekari probala pitu s mrvi\u010dastim posipom koja me odu\u0161evila i poku\u0161ala sam napraviti \u0161to sli\u010dniju. Mislim da sam uspjela. ?<\/p>\n<p>Pa krenimo\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>ZA TIJESTO potrebno je:<\/p>\n<p>20 dag bra\u0161na<br \/>\n5 dag \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n15 dag margarina<br \/>\nmalo sode bikarbone (ili pra\u0161ak za pecivo)<br \/>\nnekoliko \u017elica mlijeka<\/p>\n<p>NADJEV:<\/p>\n<p>1 kg jabuka Neretvanska lipotica (ili neka druga vrsta)<br \/>\n8 dag \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n8 dag gro\u017e\u0111ica<br \/>\nsok 1 limuna<br \/>\n50 ml javorovog sirupa<br \/>\ncimet, \u0161e\u0107er bourbon vanilija, \u0161e\u0107er s aromom limuna i sl. \u2013 dozirati po \u017eelji<br \/>\nPOSIP:<\/p>\n<p>15 dag bra\u0161na<br \/>\n8 dag \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n8 dag maslaca<br \/>\n\u0161aka sjeckanih oraha<br \/>\nPOSTUPAK: Prvo zamijesiti tijesto od svih navedenih sastojaka, te ga ostaviti na hladnome dok pripremite nadjev (i posip). Jabuke narezane na sitne kockice kratko prokuhati sa za\u010dinima i ostalim sastojcima dok malo ne omek\u0161aju. Mislim da sam ih ja kuhala oko 15 minuta. Nadjev ostaviti da se hladi, a u me\u0111uvremenu zamijesiti bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er, maslac i orahe za posip u grubu kuglu.<\/p>\n<p>Kalup u kojem \u0107ete pitu pe\u0107i premazati uljem i obilno posuti kru\u0161nim mrvicama. Mo\u017eete naravno koristiti i papir za pe\u010denje, ali meni kola\u010d pripremljen na ovaj na\u010din bude puno ukusniji.
