Osim korica naran\u010de mogu se praviti razne vrste arancina od svih agruma uklju\u010duju\u0107i mandarine, klementine, \u00a0grejp\u2026 Mi vam donosimo osam savjeta kako izraditi arancine te pripadaju\u0107i recept.<\/h4>\n<h4>Za po\u010detak, nare\u017eite koru naran\u010de na duga\u010dke trakice \u017eeljene debljine (ne deblje od 5 mm).<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>naran\u010dine korice ( najbolje naran\u010da va\u0161intonka ) ili limunove korice<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>kristal \u0161e\u0107er<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>bijelo vino, po mogu\u0107nosti suho i kvalitetnije<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>( Po\u0161ip ili neko bijelo vino koje nije previ\u0161e kiselo savjet koristite dalmatinska bijela vina )<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 mahuna vanilije jo\u0161 kristal \u0161e\u0107era za posipanje<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Naran\u010dine korice nare\u017eite na duga\u010dke trakice, stavite ih u hladnu vodu, stavite ih kuhati i kad prokuhaju ostavite jo\u0161 nekih 5 minuta<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Prokuhavajte ih tako 3 puta ( po\u017eeljno ih je prokuhati u jednom danu 2 puta te ostaviti u mlakoj vodi do jutra te zatim opet prokuhati) , svaki put ih stavljaju\u0107i u hladnu vodu.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Kad ste sve to uradili, ocijedite ih, te izva\u017eite korice.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Na svakih 50 dag korica stavite 50 dag \u0161e\u0107era, 4 dl vode i 1 dl vina ( bijelo vino) , te razrezanu mahunu vanilije da se kuha.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pustite da sirup vrije oko 5 minuta.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Stavite prokuhane korice u sirup i kuhajte jo\u0161 oko 15 minuta. Ostavite da se ohlade u sirupu.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Kad se sirup s koricama do kraja ohladio, procijedite korice i rasporedite ih po papiru za pe\u010denje, te pustite da se lagano prosu\u0161e.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pustite ih preko no\u0107i da se lagano prosu\u0161e, a sutradan ih obilno pospite \u0161e\u0107erom i ostavite jo\u0161 malo da se su\u0161e.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>POSLU\u017dIVANJE: \u00a0Arancine mo\u017eete \u010duvati u staklenkama ili kutijama oblo\u017eenim pergament papirom, a osim \u0161to im mo\u017eete grickati samostalno odli\u010dno pristaju u biskvite i \u010dokoladne slastice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Naru\u010di naran\u010de za napraviti arancine:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"woocommerce columns-4 \"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arancini su u\u0161e\u010derene korice naran\u010de ( va\u0161ingtonka ) te su karakteristi\u010dni za mediteransko podneblje i svoje neizostavno mjesto nalaze na svakom blagdanskom stolu.
