Tijesto treba biti jako mekano, dakle ne dodajite vi\u0161e bra\u0161na.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inter;\">Podijelite tijesto na \u010detiri dijela, svaki oblikujte u valjak koji rastanjite malo dlanom i zamotajte u komad prozirne folije. Narezane smokve, med i pire od jabuka stavite u mikser (multipraktik) i izmiksajte dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inter;\">Stavite smjesu u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu za ukra\u0161avanje ili obi\u010dnu vre\u0107icu za zamrziva\u010d kojoj odre\u017eite vrh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Razvaljajte tijesto jako tanko (oko 2 mm) i izre\u017eite na pravokutnike \u0161irine 8 cm (ostatke tijesta sakupite i ohladite, pa ponovo razvaljajte). Tijesto razvaljajte izme\u0111u dva komada papira za pe\u010denje, i pobra\u0161nite i ispod tijesta i samo tijesto odozgor, jer tijesto na sobnoj temperaturi brzo odmekne i postane ljepljivo. Du\u017e svakog pravokutnika, po sredini, istisnite nadjev pa ga malo rastanjite no\u017eem.<\/p>\n<p>Preklopite tijesto preko nadjeva pa okrenite tako da je preklop s donje strane.
