Budite oprezni da vam kora ne pukne jer \u0107emo u polovicama kore poslu\u017eiti ove prekrasne Klementina Posset.<\/p>\n<p>u vrhnje za \u0161lag ( koje mora biti minimalno 30% m.m. ) dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, sol, koricu klementine, kurkumu ( koristite radi intezivne boje ) te sve kuhajte na srednjoj vatri. Pustite da zakipi, zatim malo smanjite vatru i pustite da lagano kuha 5-6 minuta, \u010desto mije\u0161aju\u0107i da ne zagori. (Napomena: ako je temperatura previsoka, mo\u017ee vrlo brzo prokuhati, stoga pa\u017eljivo pripazite na to!)<\/p>\n<p>Prokuhanu smjesu procijediti kroz sito te dodati sok od klementina i mije\u0161ati 2-3 minute dok se smjesa ne sjedini i zgusne.
