Desert je pravi klasik, ali kada ga pripremite s Meyer limunima dobiva sasvim novu dimenziju. Od bjelanjaka istucite \u010dvrsti snijeg. U zdjeli dobro izmiksajte maslac, \u0161e\u0107er, vanili \u0161e\u0107er i sol, zatim dodajte koricu limuna i \u017eumanjke. Miksajte da se sve dobro pove\u017ee. Smanjite brzinu miksera na najni\u017eu i dodajte bra\u0161no, mlijeko i limunov sok. Na kraju ru\u010dno umije\u0161ajte bjelanjke.<br \/>\nDobivenu smjesu nje\u017eno izlijte u prethodno pripremljen kalup. Puding pe\u010demo u vodenoj kupelji (fotografija je u komentarima). U ve\u0107i kalup za pe\u010denje ulijte vode otprilike do 1\/3 visine kalupa. U taj kalup s vodom stavite kalup sa smjesim za puding. Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici maksimalno 25-30 minuta na 150\u00b0C uz uklju\u010den ventilator (bez ventilatora na 170\/180\u00b0C).<br \/>\nPuding pe\u010demo dok nam gornji dio ne postane lagano zlatno sme\u0111e boje i dok ne bude \u010dvrst na dodir, a sredina bude jo\u0161 uvijek blago drhtava.
