Postoje recepti koji su puno vi\u0161e od pukog popisa sastojaka, oni su prave male vremenske kapsule. Naran\u010dine plo\u0161ke upravo su takav kola\u010d &#8211; klasik koji me jednim zalogajem vra\u0107a u kuhinju moje mame. Koli\u010dina namirnica dovoljna je za kalup za pe\u010denje dimenzija cca 35&#215;22 cm. Istucite bjelanjke i \u0161e\u0107er u \u010dvrsti snijeg. \u0160e\u0107er dodavajte pomalo, dok miksate bjelanjke. Dodajte sol. Orahe pomije\u0161ajte s kru\u0161nim mrvicama, bra\u0161nom i naran\u010dinom koricom, pa tu mje\u0161avinu lagano ru\u010dno umije\u0161ajte u smjesu od bjelanjaka i \u0161e\u0107era. Gotovu smjesu istresite u pripremljeni kalup za pe\u010denje i pecite 15-20 minuta na temperaturi od 150\u00b0C uz uklju\u010den ventilator ili na 170-180\u00b0C bez ventilatora. Pe\u010deni biskvit pustite da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<h4>PRIPREMA KREME:<\/h4>\n<p>U posudi izmiksajte \u017eumanjke, \u0161e\u0107er, sok, koricu naran\u010de i bra\u0161no, pa kuhajte na pari mije\u0161aju\u0107i pjenja\u010dom dok smjesa ne udvostru\u010di volumen i ne dobijete finu gustu kremu. Postupak traje 10-15 minuta. Kuhanu kremu pustite da se ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi. Mo\u017eete ju prekriti prijanjaju\u0107om folijom kako se ne bi stvorila korica. Foliju priljubite potpuno uz povr\u0161inu kreme. Pjenasto izmiksajte maslac, pa ga umiksajte u ohla\u0111enu kremu. Gotovu kremu prema\u017eite preko tijesta i stavite u hladnjak da se stisne.
