Zatim umije\u0161ajte bademe, koricu naran\u010de i pra\u0161ak za pecivo. U ovu smjesu lagano ru\u010dno umije\u0161ajte snijeg od bjelanjaka. Umije\u0161ajte prvo polovicu bjelanjaka, potom ostatak. Gotovu smjesu lagano istresite u pripremljeni kalup, poravnajte povr\u0161inu i pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici oko 35 minuta na temperaturi od 150\u00b0C uz uklju\u010den ventilator ili na 170\u00b0C bez ventilatora. Pe\u010denu tortu pustite da se hladi u kalupu nekih 10-15 minuta, potom ju izvadite, stavite na pladanj za poslu\u017eivanje da se ohladi do kraja. Hladnu tortu prelijte svje\u017ee cije\u0111enim sokom od naran\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Va\u017eno: autor recepta, istaknuti irski kuhar Rory O&#8217;connel navodi kako se tijesto tokom pe\u010denja di\u017ee, a tokom hla\u0111enja malo spusti obi\u010dno u sredini, ali meni se to nije dogodilo. Prekrasno se i ravnomjerno ispeklo. Ukoliko vam se dogodi to dizanje-spu\u0161tanje, ne brinite i autoru se to dogodilo \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema kreme:<\/h4>\n<p>Izmiksajte dobro maslac sobne temperature sa sirnim namazom, dodajte \u0161e\u0107er u prahu, naribanu naran\u010dinu koricu i vaniliju.
